Drophunt provides automated price tracking and alert services for various third-party e-commerce sites.

2. AI Disclaimer

AI Accuracy: Drophunt uses AI agents to interpret web data. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee 100% price accuracy. AI may misinterpret variant descriptions or promotional prices. We recommend users verify prices manually before purchasing.

3. Liability

Limit of Damages: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Drophunt's total liability to any user for any and all claims shall be limited to $0 (zero dollars) or the actual amount paid by the user for the service, whichever is less.

4. Prohibited Acts

Users of Drophunt are strictly prohibited from:

• Using Drophunt to scrape competitors or perform market manipulation.
• Using Drophunt to perform Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) attacks against any third-party website.
• Bypassing our rate-limiting or anti-scraping measures.

Drophunt provides links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or privacy practices of these external sites.

6. Governing Law

These terms and your use of Drophunt are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of any changes.

9. Pricing

Drophunt offers the following paid services:

• Additional product tracking slots: $1.99 USD per product, per month
• Manual refresh credit pack (Starter): $2.99 USD for 10 manual checks
• Manual refresh credit pack (Value): $9.99 USD for 50 manual checks
• One free product tracking slot is included for all users

Prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing. Credit packs are non-refundable. Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time and will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
